Baked Artichoke with Gorgonzola & Herbs Followup

I don't know if anyone else has tried the recipe yet but if you haven't I thought I would give a friendly follow up. :)

Chris and I made the Baked Artichoke a few weeks ago. It was good not what we expected though. It was VERY rich. If you do attempt to make it and haven't you might want to not put as much Gorgonzola and tone it down just a little bit.

It was really good but I did have to scrape out some of the cheese. I do love my good old plain artichokes though. :)
