Saturday morning about 9ish my phone rang and it was Kelle, my mother-in-law. We chatted a bit about what we were both going to do for the day and then hung up. After talking to Chris about his day and watching the weather I decided to call her back. I had decided to go spend the day with her and the boys.Kelle and I pretty much from the beginning have always had a great relationship but I think each time it gets better and I love her more. I was always scared of what kind of relationship I would have with my mother-in-law and I have to say I got very lucky. I love that my Mom and Kelle get along so well, I love that she is my second mom, I love that instead of her always taking Chris’ side if something is wrong that she talks to both of us and listens just like my Mom does, and I love that we can even combine family holidays. I could go on and on of all the things I love about her.
I know a lot of people that don’t get a long with their mother-in-laws and I have to say I am very thankful for the relationship we have. It is nice that I can tell her anything or do anything with her. I am so glad I decided on Saturday to go spend the day with her and I can’t wait till we get to do it again.
I have to say I had a great Saturday and I wouldn’t have wanted to anything else. I love you Meme!!!!

It's nice when you get a long with your in-laws. Too many bad stories out there of people with bad relationships with them. Mine are great too.
